Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once booked. We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, in some cases, the need to reschedule.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, as appointment slots are reserved especially for you, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a charge for the missed appointment.
- Charges may be up to 50–100% of the service cost, depending on the service booked.
This policy helps us manage our diary fairly and respect the time of our stylists.
Deposits
Some services, including colour, technical services, and extensions, may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.
Services & Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of booking but may be subject to change. Exact pricing will be confirmed during your consultation. Additional services or treatments requested on the day may incur extra charges.
Personal Belongings
While we take every care, the salon cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client’s behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
